Risers & Fallers: ASA Resource Group, 365 Agile Group and Safeland PLC

Some significant risers and fallers at 1pm on Monday

RISERS

MBL Group (LON:MUBL), up over 11% as it swung from a loss to a profit after tax of £75,000 in its results for the year to end March.

ASA Resource Group (LON:ASA), up almost 14%, as the pan-African commodity group reported the appointment of David Murangari as a new independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

Kingspan Group plc (LON:KGP), up over 5% as the building and insulation group said revenue and trading profit was up in the latest half year and the interim dividend per share added 25% to 10 Euro cents compared to 8 cents last year.

FALLERS

365 Agile Group PLC (LON:365) down over 20% to 26.5p as it has decided it can’t successfully develop an Internet of Things business and it plans to close its Nottingham operations.

Safeland PLC (LON:SAF), the property developer,  fell almost 5% as it warned it had entered an "extremely volatile environment" and posted  a drop in pre-tax profit in its latest annual results.

European Real Estate Investment Trust (LON:ERET) also dropped over 3% as it half year report failed to cheer the market.

Risers

Image Scan Holdings Plc (LON:IGE), up 17.5%. The company has told investors it expects to break even when it announces its final results later this year, thanks to a large customer order back in June.

Stratmin Global Resources PLC (LON:STGR), up 8%. Stratmin announced on Friday that formal completion of the A$15.25mln sale of its Graphmada Mauritius subsidiary should go through today.

MySQUAR Limited (LON:MYSQ), up 9%. The Myanmar social media and content specialist says its latest game has already generated 500,000 users in its first three weeks.

 

Fallers

Premier African Minerals Ltd (LON:PREM), down 18.9%. See this morning’s news that more sampling will need to be carried out at its RHA tungsten project in Zimbabwe.

Work Group Plc (LON:WORK), down 15.4%. On Friday released its final results for the year ended 31 December 2015 which showed heavy trading losses in the UK.

TomCo Energy Plc (LON:TOM), down 13%. TomCo announced at the end of last week that it is continuing to review its financing options for its proposed African palm oil venture
