Xemplar Energy pleased with progress of drilling at Warmbad, Namibia

Xemplar Energy Corp is “pleased” with the progress of the drill program at the Warmbad uranium project in Namibia, saying it has identified eight zones of Rossing-style uranium mineralization and is in the process of extending the size of these zones.

Highlights of the 12-hole program include 92 metres of uranium mineralization encountered in the Aluriesfontein Area 3 with aggregate U3O8 grades greater than 100 parts per million, of which a width of 41 metres grading 160.5 ppm and with one metre sections with U3O8 mineralization as high as 609 ppm.

Xemplar’s strategy entails exploration drilling to identify additional zones of mineralization, drilling to extend the size of the eight zones of mineralization that has been discovered at Aluriesfontein and Big Yellow, and definition drilling to define a resource at one or more of the zones of mineralization it has identified.
