Proactive Small Caps - Trendit makes positive AIM debut

The first new listing of the new year, Trendit (LON:TRIT) got off on the front foot, rising about 20% in its debut week, following a £4mln fund raise.

A reawakened React Energy (LON:REACT), up 75% this week, was a notable winner. It revealed on Monday that it had struck a deal with a Spanish group which would supply new biomass tech for a plant in Northern Ireland.

React got a further boost this morning when the same Spanish partner agreed to provide a €750,000 loan.

Software group Sopheon (LON:SPE), up about 20%, this morning said upcoming results would see it beat expectations for the second half of 2015.

Games Workshop (LON:GAW), the fantasy miniatures firm behind the Warhammer brand, fell almost 9% after revealing disappointing Christmas trading.

Not for the first time in recent months African Potash (LON:AFPO)shares were up strongly amid news regarding its supply deal with African trade union COMESA. On Wednesday, it revealed that the first 20,000 tonne shipment of fertiliser had been released.
