Sprott Assett Management took 5.9 pct stake in Cluff Gold last month

Cluff Gold PLC (AIM: CLF) said it was notified that Sprott Asset Management last month acquired an indirect interest in 6.9 million ordinary shares in the group, and now controls 5.9 percent of the capital. 

On March 24, the following funds acquired shares in Cluff Gold: Sprott Canadian Equity Fund, Sprott Bull/Bear RSP Fund, Sprott Hedge Fund LP, Sprott Hedge Fund LP II, Sprott Master Fund Ltd, Sprott Master Fund II Ltd, as well as two Sprott managed accounts.
