First Choice Healthcare Solutions Inc's (OTCMKTS:FCHS) partnership with Steward Health Care System is enabling the orthopedic health service company to expand into new markets.
CEO Chris Romandetti spoke with Proactive Investors on Tuesday about what the partnership means for the company.
Steward Health Care System, the largest private hospital operator in the US, entered into a US$7.5mln deal with the company in March.
"It will give us the ability to use their capital to help deploy our assets and our platform into their network," said Romandetti.
Steward Health Care System operates 36 hospitals in 10 locations. It is owned by private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management.
The Florida-based company is expecting to have a board set up within the next 90 days, bringing it one step closer to uplisting, said Romandetti.
The company has a market cap of US$36.29M.
First Choice Healthcare Solutions Inc. will be presenting at the New York City Microcap Conference on April 9 and 10.
