Rodinia Lithium (CVE:RM)(OTCQX:RDNAF) announced the results of a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for its Salar de Diablillos lithium brine project in Salta Province, Argentina, indicating a potentially low cost operation with a net present value as high as US$964 million, and a mine life of 20 plus years.
Tirex Resources (CVE:TXX) is seeking a listing on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) market in the US, on the OTCQX International tier, and has hired the services of law firm Dorsey & Whitney in this regard.
Lumina Copper (CVE:LCC) has extended mineralization at its wholly owned Taca Taca copper-gold-molybdenum property in Salta province, Argentina.
Southern Silver Exploration (CVE:SSV) has appointed Jean-Pierre Colin as a director of the company and Fred Sveinson as consulting mining engineer for the Cerro Las Minitas project in Mexico. The company also gave an update regarding its Dragoon project in Arizona.

Ocean Park Ventures (CVE:OCP) made a new gold discovery in the Notch target of the Golden Range property, part of the joint venture Chisna project in south central Alaska.
Foundation Resources (CVE:FDN) will acquire the remaining 40 percent interest in the Coldstream gold project in Thunder Bay, Ontario, from Alto Ventures (CVE:ATV) in a cash-and-share deal valued at $2.5 million.
