Xemplar energy intersects thick uranium mineralization at Girtis prospect

Xemplar Energy (TSX-V:XE) released chemical assay results for 12 drill holes from the Company's 2009 drill program at the Girtis target located at its Warmbad uranium project, in southern Namibia.
Simon Tam, Chief Executive Officer, comments "Intersecting significant thick uranium mineralization in 12 of the first 13 drill holes at Girtis confirms the high potential of this target."
Highlights of chemical assay results from the Company's 2009 drill program at Girtis are shown in the following table. Additional assay results for all drill holes currently reported are available on the Company's website.
