Abbastar Uranium
Abbastar Uranium Corp is exploring for near surface, low grade, large tonnage uranium deposits in Canada. On February 13, 2007 Abbastar entered into an option agreement with Entourage Mining Ltd. to acquire up to 70% of Entourage’s interest in the Doran property situated in Costebelle Township, on the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in south-eastern Quebec. A provincial highway and hydroelectric lines run through the property providing excellent project economics.
Abbastar Uranium commissions report
Abbastar Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: ABA) announced that it had retained the services of Watts Griffis and McOuat Limited, an international consulting firm, to prepare a preliminary independent report on the work completed at its Doran uranium property. The Doran Property is situated on the North Shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in Quebec.
Abbastar said it was anticipating that a data review and analysis, in conjunction with future exploration and drilling programs in 2008, would advance the project towards an updated NI 43-101 report.
