Majestic Gold raises $4.9 million
Majestic Gold Corp. (TSX.V: MJS), the mineral exploration company with interest in the People’s Republic of China, announced that it had successfully placed approximately 98 million shares at 5 cents per share, raising C$4.91 million. Each share also entitles the holder to a warrant exercisable for two years at a strike price of 10 cents per share.
