Ferrex MD Reeves buys shares

Ferrex (LON:FRX) managing director Dave Reeves has bought shares in the mining explorer worth almost £85,000.

On Wednesday, he bought around 4.84mln shares at 1.75p each - for £84,694.

He now has a beneficial interest in around 15.33% of the voting rights, the company said in a brief statement.

Ferrex is  focused on developing low capex deposits in Africa and has three primary projects: Nayega Manganese Project in Togo, Mebaga Iron Ore Project in Gabon, and Malelane Iron Ore Project in South Africa.
