Fission extends by 1 yr Great Bear’s exploration commitments for Duddridge Lake
Fission Energy Corp said it has extended Great Bear Resources Ltd’s exploration commitments related to the Duddridge Lake uranium property by one year, with the financial terms unchanged.In order to earn a 60 percent interest in the property, Great Bear must complete CDN$6 million in exploration expenditures, make payments totalling CDN$400,000 and issue 400,000 shares to Fission.
To date, Great Bear has made the $400,000 cash and share commitments and in addition, the first year's minimum exploration commitment of $750,000 has been met.
The final exploration commitment of CDN$2 million will now be due on or before March 31 2012.
Duddridge Lake consists of 11 mineral claims totalling 36,253 hectares, located about 80 kilometres northwest of the town of La Ronge, in north-central Saskatchewan.
