Inter-Citic to be acquired by Western Mining Group for $250 mln
Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. (TSE:ICI) (OTCQX:ICMTF) Monday announced that it has agreed to be acquired by Western Mining Co. (SHA:601168), in a deal worth about C$250 million. Shares of Inter-Citic were up 2.11 per cent to $1.45 in pre-market trading.
