(TSX-V: SCM) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Properties for the potential mining of gold, metals and diamonds in South America, initially focusing on exploration for gold on its properties in Guyana. The Company presently has an interest in approximately 850 square miles of mineral properties in Guyana, including the Million Mountain project in north-central Guyana consisting of 21 permits covering some 21,768 acres in the Mazaruni Mining District. The Company has offices in Vancouver, Canada and Georgetown, Guyana.

The Million Mountain Property
Field work conducted along the Million Mountain Trend within its Lower Puruni Regional Block located in Central Guyana, South America has identified at least seven new highly prospective targets for gold mineralization in addition to Zone 1 on the Million Mountain Block. [Read More]
Northwest Regional Block
Two core drills began drilling priority targets identified in July on its more than 450 square mile holdings at its Northwest Gold Project located in the Northwest Region of Guyana. Both drills are operating around the clock seven days per week to test the numerous high probability targets identified by extensive field work and trenching over the past year. [Read More]
Kartuni Regional Block
The Kartuni regional block consists of three large scale prospecting licenses totalling 56.6 sq mi. The Kartuni River area has recently been the subject of a comprehensive geochemical survey by the GGMC, which showed significant results. [Read More]

In the Lower Puruni regional block, 207 medium scale prospecting permits and six medium scale mining permits totaling 355.5 sq mi are held by the Company. The six mining permits have had recent significant alluvial gold production. [Read More]

Sacre-Coeur's Oko regional block gold properties consist of six prospecting permits that total 50.8 sq mi. These properties are located in the vicinity of some significant historic and recent gold producing areas. The Kurupung River Region is an important historic diamond producer in Guyana. Diamond production in the Kurupung River Region dates from the late 19th century, with extensive alluvial deposits mined continuously since then. Potaro - Kuribrong Regional Block
The Kuribrong River properties are located in the second most important historic diamond and gold producing area in Guyana, with diamond production dating from the early 1900’s. This region is also having a present “diamond rush”, mostly by Brazilian miners. [Read More]

The Mahdia — Issano regional block is also located in a very important gold and diamond field in Guyana. Gold and diamond production in this area dates from the late 1800's. Irwin A. Olian, Jr. – Chief Executive Officer, President, Chairman and Director
Pursuant to an agreement dated June 1, 2005, Mr. Olian agreed to act, as an independent contractor, as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and Chairman of the Company for a 31 month term commencing June 1, 2005 until December 31, 2007. Mr. Olian devotes approximately 50% of his time toward the Company's affairs.
Limor Rubin, CA - Chief Financial Officer, Director
Ms. Rubin is a Chartered Accountant (Canada), a Certified Public Accountant
(Israel) and holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv
University. In addition to experience in the mining industry, Ms. Rubin has
experience with the financial services industry, mutual funds, insurance,
real estate as well as the public sector.
Ardito Martohardjono – Director
Mr. Martohardjono has 15 years of experience in the mineral exploration service industry, focusing on sample preparation as a lab technician and supervisor with two geochemical laboratories in Canada and the United States. Currently Mr. Martohardjono serves as Vice President of Laboratory Services and a Director of Pan African Mining Corp., a resource company listed on the Exchange.
W. Benjamin Catalano – Director
Mr. Catalano has been a real estate agent with The Sutton Group since 1991. Since March 31, 2004, Mr. Catalano has served as a Director of Pan African Mining Corp., a resource company listed on the Exchange. Mr. Catalano devotes approximately 10% of his time toward the Company's affairs.
Gregory Sparks – Senior Vice President, Mining and Exploration, Director
Mr. Sparks has agreed to act, as an independent contractor, as the Senior Vice President Mining and Exploration and Director of the Company. Greg has experience with a variety of mineral commodities including: gold, silver, lead, copper, zinc, uranium/thorium, coal and industrial minerals.
Dr. Edward A. Schiller, P.Geol., Director
Pursuant to an agreement dated July 18, 2005, Dr. Schiller has agreed to act, as an independent contractor, as a Senior Geological Consultant for the Company for a term commencing July 18, 2005 and continuing through December 31, 2006. Dr. Schiller writes for several Canadian and international magazines on mining and mineral exploration and maintains a consulting practice.
