Storie Molybdenum Deposit
Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. (CYU) acquired the rights to explore the Storie Molybdenum Deposit from Eveready Resources Corporations, a private Calgary-based exploration company by agreement dated March 20, 2006. In October 2007, CYU announced it had accelerated the payments, expenditures and share issuances under this agreement and now owns a 100% interest in the property subject to a 2.5% net smelter return. 1506-Barr Claims, Labrador
The Company holds a 100% interest in certain mineral claim properties, which it previously staked in Labrador.
The geological and geophysical research study has determined that the mineralized horizon reflected by the resistivity on the 1506 strikes north-south. This mineralized horizon is interpreted to be the top of a large pool of layered sulphides, the bottom of which is near the western border of the property. (Read More)
