Homestake Resource Corp (CVE:HSR) says it plans to raise up to almost $1.7 million for its Kinskuch exploration program in British Columbia through an equity financing. 

Homestake Resource Corp.(CVE:HSR) Tuesday said it has inked a property option agreement with Agnico-Eagle Mines (TSE:AEM), giving Agnico-Eagle the option to earn up to a 65-per-cent interest in the Homestake Ridge gold/silver project in northwest British Columbia by spending $25.3 million over five years.
