    * Canadian Phoenix controls approximately 276,000 net acres of land through its two
       subsidiary partners (Serrano Energy & Marble Point Energy).
    * 2008 exit production target approximately 6,000 boe/d gross within its operating subsidiary
       partners.
    * 2009 target of over 8,000 boe/d.
