Goldon Resources Ltd, formerly Newcastle Minerals Ltd., is a junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the process of exploring its mineral properties. The Company’s properties include Carscallen Township Property, Pickle Lake Property, Mollie River Property, Chester Property and Neville-Potier Project. In Chester Property, the Company owns a 100% interest in one mineral claim covering 29 hectares located in Ontario’s Chester Township. Chester Property is located approximately one kilometer north of IAMGOLD Corporation’s Cote Lake deposit. The Company’s Neville-Potier Project is a large, contiguous 26-claim block consisting of approximately 6,000 hectares in Neville and Potier Townships. In Mollie River Property, the Company owns a 100% interest in three mineral claims covering 592 hectares located in Benneweis Township in the Swayze greenstone belt area of Ontario adjoining IAMGOLD Corporation east of their Cote Lake deposit.
