As the world economy revives and investor confidence returns the companies that would catch investor attention are those who continue to add value to their assets through exploration and development activities. Promising drill results from these endeavours usher in more confidence in their assets and strengthen the investment case of those companies. On the heels of its Phase Two field programme, Oroco has begun its preliminary mine planning and a second phase of metallurgical testing at the Cerro Prieto Project. The company will shortly begin an environmental base line study.

Oroco has mobilised two drills to commence an 8,000 meter drill program focusing on the expansion, on strike to the north, of the previously defined oxide resource.
