The 100%-owned Henday Project consists of 3 claims covering 7,204 ha of the north-eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The property is strategically located along the north-east trend which hosts the Midwest Lake mine project (41.0M lbs. U3O8 at an average grade of 5.5%) currently slated for production in 2008 by AREVA Resources Canada and Denison Mines Corp., and the Midwest A Zone, where Denison Mines recently reported results of 10.5 meters grading 12.4% U3O8 to 22.6 meters grading 26.7% U3O8. Maurice Point
The 100%-owned Maurice Point Project consists of one mineral permit and fifteen mineral claims, covering 51,799 ha of the margin of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The property is located immediately adjacent to Cameco Corporation's Maurice Bay deposit on the northwest margin of the Athabasca Basin.
The Maurice Bay uranium deposit, is reported to host 1.3 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 0.6%, includes structurally controlled mineralization within altered basement rocks and at the sub-Athabasca unconformity. (Read More)
Costigan Lake Joint Venture
The Costigan Lake Joint Venture property consists of a mineral lease covering 743 hectares of the margin of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The property is strategically located 14 kilometres (km) southwest of the Cameco/Areva Key Lake Mine and Mill complex in the Athabasca Basin, northern Saskatchewan. The property adjoins Cameco's Cree-Zimmer Project (otherwise known as the Key Lake Property).

North Thelon
The North Thelon Project covers 218,099.15 ha and consists of three project areas; the Kiggavik North and South Projects, the Tanqueray Option and the Agnico-Eagle Option all located on the eastern margin of the Thelon Sandstone Basin, approximately 50km east of Baker Lake, Nunavut. All the projects are located adjacent to Areva/Cogema's Kiggavik-Sissons Project (148M lb U3O8). (Read More)
Coalbed Methane
Coalbed methane (CBM) is the natural gas found in all coal deposits. It frequently occurs as pure methane gas and is a clean burning fuel considered more environmentally friendly than oil, coal or even conventional natural gas. (Read More)
Merritt
The Merritt project is comprised of two packages (996 hectares) of contiguous coal properties covering most of the known Merritt coal field, and is located 250 Km east of Vancouver in southern British Columbia. Forum has private title to the mineral and petroleum rights over a 505 hectare parcel of freehold land.
Unlike many of the province's remote interior coal fields, Merritt is characterized by excellent infrastructure. Coalbed methane (CBM) development at Merritt offers potential for direct sales into local domestic and industrial markets or to Terasen whose pipeline servicing the Vancouver metropolitan area and U.S. export markets passes just west of the project area.
