Overview
As its principal business, the Company will acquire, explore and develop mineral properties in areas of South America deemed by the Company to have relatively high potential for mining success and relatively low political risk. The initial thrust of the Company's exploration activities is for gold on its properties in Guyana. The Company intends to engage in these business activities on a long-term basis.

The Properties
Geographically, and for purposes of the Agreement, the Properties are divided into five regional blocks which are treated independently for purposes of minimum work commitments and the achievement of vesting by the Company.

The regional blocks are defined as follows:
Lower Puruni regional block (including Million Mountain) – 410 sq km
Northwest regional block – 450 sq km
Kartuni regional block – 102 sq km
Potaro – Kuribrong regional block – 35 sq km
Kurupung regional block – 17 sq km

Projects

The Million Mountain Property
Sacre-Coeur readies for test mining rich alluvial zone at Million Mountain. Preliminary Testing suggests significant gravity recoverable gold. Mining license granted.

In addition to its ongoing exploration for hard rock mineral resources on its Million Mountain Project and other property holdings in Guyana, it has begun assessing alluvial gold potential on its properties as well. To date the Company’s exploration team has identified nine zones on the Puruni River Paleo-channel which it believes are highly prospective. A systematic program of test pitting and gravity beneficiation of the samples collected has recently been completed for Alluvial Zone 2. A total of 83 test pits were excavated, spaced nominally 100m apart along grid lines located approximately 160m apart. A compilation of the results demonstrates a gold bearing alluvial sand and gravel resource target measuring approximately 1.66 km by 0.80 km. [READ MORE]

Lower Puruni Regional Block
In the Lower Puruni regional block, 207 medium scale prospecting permits and six medium scale mining permits totaling 355.5 sq mi are held by the Company. This total includes the Million Mountain block of prospecting permits totalling 34 sq mi. The six mining permits have had recent significant alluvial gold production. [READ MORE]

Oko Regional Block
Sacre-Coeur's Oko regional block gold properties consist of six prospecting permits that total 50.8 sq mi. These properties are located in the vicinity of some significant historic and recent gold producing areas. Northwest Regional Block
Sacre-Coeur Minerals commences drilling key targets at Northwest gold project.

Two core drills began drilling priority targets identified in July on its more than 450 square mile holdings at its Northwest Gold Project located in the Northwest Region of Guyana. Drilling tasks are being shared between one of the Company’s new CT14 track-mounted core drills operated by the Company’s drilling crews and one KID Series II modular core drill provided and operated by Energold under contract to the Company. Kartuni Regional Block
The Kartuni regional block consists of three large scale prospecting licenses totalling 56.6 sq mi. The Kartuni River area has recently been the subject of a comprehensive geochemical survey by the GGMC, which showed significant results. [READ MORE]

Kurupung Regional Block
The Kurupung River Region is an important historic diamond producer in Guyana. Diamond production in the Kurupung River Region dates from the late 19th century, with extensive alluvial deposits mined continuously since then. At present, the Kurupung River Region is producing at record levels at least partly due to an influx of Brazilian miners bringing with them process technology which, albeit crude, is much more effective in recovering diamonds, particularly larger stones. Potaro-Kuribong Regional Block
The Kuribrong River properties are located in the second most important historic diamond and gold producing area in Guyana, with diamond production dating from the early 1900’s. This region is also having a present “diamond rush”, mostly by Brazilian miners, though Vannessa Ventures Ltd. Mahdia-Issano Regional Block
The Mahdia — Issano regional block is also located in a very important gold and diamond field in Guyana. Gold and diamond production in this area dates from the late 1800's. Numerous small scale operations have produced alluvial diamonds and both primary and alluvial gold from this area since that time. Among the most important alluvial gold and diamond producing areas are the Mahdia and Minehaha Rivers, where bucket wheel dredges worked between 1903 and 1958. Golden Star Resources explored the Proto-Mahdia alluvial deposit between 1987 and 1992, and reported a resource of approximately 67,000 ounces of alluvial gold. [READ MORE]
