Temex Resources (CVE:TME) received a ‘buy’ rating and fair value of 93 cents per share from research outfit Fundamental Research.

Temex Resources is a junior exploration company focused on gold and silver exploration in north-eastern Ontario, with a particular focus on the Whitney property – a gold project in the Timmins gold camp. 

Whitney, a joint venture between Temex and Goldcorp (NYSE:GG, TSE:G), includes three past producers including the Hallnor Mine which had the highest grade in Canada’s largest gold camp. The company's Juby project, located in the Shining Tree area of Ontario, has NI 43-101 resources of 14.1 million tonnes @ 1.36 grams per tonne containing 614,000 ounces Indicated and 18.3 million tonnes @ 1.14 grams per tonne containing 602,000 ounces inferred in the Juby Main zone.

Excellent potential remains to expand this gold resource, Fundamental Research stated in the initiating note. “We are initiating coverage on TME with a BUY rating and a fair value of $0.93 per share.”

Temex currently has $5.2 million in cash.

In-Touch’s primary focus is on the mobile data capture market. They provide businesses with mobile data capture applications to collect real time information on customer leads, customer feedback, employee feedback, product analysis and mobile marketing services.

The company recently released a Beta version of its application platform (In- Touch Apps) allowing clients to develop and customize data capture applications with a Web GUI (graphical user interface).

The company's goal is to become a major player in the mobile data capture market - a market which, Fundamental Research believes has significant growth potential.

In-Touch has had a significant turn around since the current management team took over in 2004. Revenues grew at a CAGR of 26% from $1.45 million in FY2004, to $5.89 million in FY2010, through organic growth and acquisitions.  FY2010, the company reported revenues of $5.89 million and net income of $0.74 million (EPS: $0.05) - the first profitable year since going public.
