Kent Exploration Inc. is a mineral exploration company, building a portfolio of properties highly prospective for gold and silver, base metals and coal mineralization in the western United States, western Canada and New Zealand. The Company’s main objective is the acquisition of, and financing of exploration and production on highly prospective mineral properties in areas of low political risk with security of tenure, close to support facilites and with ready, all-weather access. Each of the Company’s properties meet this criteria.
The company has earned 50% of a 100% interest in the mining lease option on the Ivanhoe Creek property, a 50% of a 100% interest in the Ivanhoe Creek placer claims covering a bentonite deposit in Nevada's Carlin Trend, and has a 100% option on the Silver Hills property, a silver/lead/zinc prospect in south-eastern British Columbia. The Company has also received 24 coal prospecting permits covering 184 square kilometers in east-central Saskatchewan in close proximity to the "Adamas" coal discovery, and has a 100% interest in the Courtney Lake property, a silver/lead/zinc prospect in north-east Saskatchewan.

Property Aquisition Parameters
Kent's management uses experienced exploration industry personnel to identify properties that are highly prospective for mineralization in areas of low political risk, close to support facilities, and with ready all-weather access.
The Company has now acquired seven properties that meet this criteria and has received coal prospecting permits on five properties in Saskatchewan.

Ivanhoe Creek, Nevada
The Ivanhoe Creek Bentonite Drilling Bond has been accepted by the Nevada BLM. Kent and Senator each have a 50% interest in the bentonite claims, which total approximately 140 acres. (Read More)
Gnaweeda, Australia
The Gnaweeda Gold ProjectChalice Gold's Gnaweeda Project comprises over 190 square kilometres of tenements covering an extensive part of the Gnaweeda greenstone belt in the Murchison region, 30 kilometres east of Meekatharra, Western Australia (Figure 1) and approximately 640 kilometres from Perth.
Kent Exploration, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Archean Star Resources Inc and Archean Star Resources Australia Pty, Ltd, (together "Archean") has entered into an Option Agreement with Teck Australia Pty, Ltd, (Teck) whereby Kent can earn 100% of Teck's now approximately 76% interest in Chalice Gold's Gnaeeda Gold Project. To earn its 100% interest in Teck's interest in Gnaweeda, Kent is committing to spending AUD$3 million over 4 years with AUD$650,000 having been expended on geophysical programs and a first phase diamond drill program to May 31, 2010. New Zealand
The Company holds three gold projects in New Zealand. The most advanced project is Alexander River within the historical, highly prolific, Reefton Goldfield district. Flagstaff, Washington
The Flagstaff property, located approximately 5 miles west of Northport Washington, and 15 miles south of Rossland, BC is highly prospective for both gold and silver mineralization. In 1981, CE Minerals of Athens, Georgia, outlined a historic resource of over 1.3 million tons of 4.2SG barite while drill defining an on surface, open pittable, barite deposit. (Read More)
SILVER
Silver Hill, British Columbia
The Silver Hill property is located approximately 18 km east of Crawford Bay on Kootenay Lake, in south-eastern British Columbia.
Mineralization consists of silver, lead and zinc in shear zones. Total production from the property is reported as 2,204 tonnes at an average grade of 991 g/t (28.94 opt) Ag and 7.2% Pb.
A geological assessment of the property was conducted the week of August 5, 2008. (Read More)
