As our President, Chief Executive Officer and a director, Mr. Archer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Company and for the development of our strategic direction. Also, as the President of our Mexican subsidiaries, he is responsible for the management and supervision of their affairs and business in Mexico.

Martin B. Carsky, CA
Director
Mr. Carsky was appointed director of our Company on February 9, 2009, at which time he was also appointed to the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. On February 12, 2009, he was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. On January 1, 2011 he was appointed Lead Director.

Mr. Kopcheff has been a director of our Company since August 2001. As a non-executive director, Mr. Kopcheff is Chairman of our Compensation Committee, and a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Kenneth W. Major, P. Eng.
Mr. Major is a Metallurgical Engineer and brings to Great Panther Silver more than 35 years' of experience in operations, design, and project management of minerals processing facilities for gold, silver and base metals.
