Mr. Martin C Holland, Managing Director

Mr Holland is a founding director of Stratum Metals Limited. Mr Holland is a member of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors and is the principal of Sydney based private investment company Holland
International Pty Limited. As an active private investor, Mr Holland maintains strong working relationships
with leading institutions and banks across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Mr Holland has extensive management and business experience, having successfully founded, managed
and developed several profitable businesses.


Mr. Richard Anthon, Non- Executive Director
BLaw, BA

Mr. Anthon holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. Mr. Anthon is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Mining and Petroleum Lawyers Association. Mr. Anthon currently sits on the boards of two ASX listed mineral exploration and development companies.

Mr. Anthon has twenty five years experience in corporate and commercial law with particular expertise in the mining exploration, mineral development and energy sectors. Mr. Anthon combines legal knowledge with the commercial experiences he has gained though sitting on the board of publicly listed companies. Mr. Anthon’s recent work has focused on venture capital raisings and IPO’s where he has combined legal, compliance and project management roles.


Mr. Michael Addison, Non-executive Director
B.Sc.Eng. (Civil), M.Phil. (Oxon), FAIM, MAICD

- Founding Director and Chairman of Carabella Resources Limited
- Over 20 years corporate finance experience with Barings, Standard Merchant Bank, Standard Chartered Asia
   and Helmsec Global Capital Limited
- Former Senior executive and director of a number of listed companies in Australia, UK and South Africa

Mr. Addison spent the first part of his working career as an investment banker with three globally recognised investment banks. Subsequent to transitioning into mainstream corporate management in the early nineties, Mr. Addison has held a number of senior executive positions on the Boards of publicly listed companies on each of the London, Johannesburg and Australian Securities Exchanges.

In these roles Mr. Addison developed expertise in the management and running of listed companies and an intimate working knowledge of the regulatory, legal and governance environments in which listed companies operate. In recent periods, Mr. Addison has also been actively involved in a number of capital markets transactions with Australian resources companies, and most recently acted as a corporate advisor to the ASX listing of Endocoal Limited. Mr. Addison is a founding Director and currently Chairman of Carabella Resources Limited, an ASX listed, Queensland based coal explorer.

Mr. Addison is a former Rhodes Scholar, has an Oxford University postgraduate degree in management studies, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Mr. Kent Hunter, Non-Executive Director

Mr. Hunter is a chartered accountant with over 16 years corporate and company secretarial experience. Mr. Hunter has been involved in the listing of over 30 companies on ASX in the past 9 years. He has experience in capital raisings, ASX compliance and regulatory requirements and is currently a director of Cazaly Resources Limited, Carbon Conscious Ltd, Western Manganese Ltd, Metal Bank Ltd and is company secretary of two other ASX listed entities.

Commencing with Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants in 1990, Mr. Hunter completed his professional year and became chartered in 1993. Mr. Hunter joined Ord Partners Chartered Accountants in 1995 and became Corporate and Audit Manager for a range of listed and unlisted entities.

Mr. Hunter founded Mining Corporate in 2000 and established a business of identifying projects requiring a route to commercialisation including industrial, technology, mining and exploration companies.
