COO Mike Hilmer explains that the company's cornerstone portfolio asset is a full service business process outsourcing solutions provider. The company has recently moved into the consumer space with its One Dealer business providing support for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) consumer rental market. Mike says that the 'market is huge' for the One Dealer support services in Ontario, while the US market is virtually untouched.

DealNet Capital Corp. was originally incorporated as Alexa Ventures, Inc. on September 8, 1986, under the laws of British Columbia. The company currently operates under Ontario laws. Previously, the company was in the gaming industry, as reflected in the name GameCorp Ltd. It changed its name from GameCorp Ltd. to “DealNet Capital Corp.” at the annual meeting on September 4, 2012, and began trading on the Canadian National Stock Exchange as DealNet Capital Corp. under the new name and ticker symbol (CNSX: DLS) from September 13, 2012. It is also listed as a foreign issuer on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board Pink Sheets (PINK: GAIMF).
DealNet Capital Corp. describes itself today as a merchant banking company with investments in a diverse group of businesses. The company restructures the investee firms through management, administration, early funding and other types of support. For its merchant banking business, it pulls together cash resources from the realization of previous investments, third-party debt, related party loans and private placements.
DealNet Capital (DLS) continues to rebrand and restructure its business from gaming industry to HVAC financing and services, water heater rentals and the BPO business. As part of this restructuring, it acquired and successfully integrated OC Communications Group, Inc. (OCCGI), a leading BPO operating in Canada and the U.S., on May 24, 2012. It is by leveraging this BPO unit that DLS will further its ambitions to venture into the HVAC service industry.

Graham Simmonds, Executive Chairman & CEO
Mr. Simmonds has over 15 years of experience in public company management and business development within both the gaming and technology sectors. Mr. Simmonds is licensed and/or registered with a number of horse racing and gaming commissions in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Simmonds developed and launched the first in-home digital video horseracing service in North America and is currently a Director and partner in eBet Technologies Inc., a licensed ADW operator and software developer for the online horse racing industry in the United States. He is also the founder, President and CEO of Baymount Incorporated, a Racino developer in Ontario, Canada and the Chairman of InterAmerican Gaming Inc., a company developing a social gaming application for the health and fitness industry.
Robert Cariglia, President
With a career spanning 25 years, Mr. Cariglia has a proven track record in the automotive and outsourcing industries for increasing performance, expanding markets, developing strategic partnerships and integrating new technologies.
Mr. Cariglia was the President and COO of Minacs Worldwide, a high growth public company providing outsourced call center and CRM services to clients in the automotive, telecom and financial sectors. Mr. Cariglia was also the President of OneCommand, a leader in direct marketing services to over 4,000 automotive dealerships in a SaaS environment. He has also held several positions within the automotive field including the VP Sales with Daimler's Freightliner Truck division, the largest manufacturer of heavy duty trucks in North America.
Michael Hilmer, COO
After several years with Wood Gundy financial services, Mr. Hilmer moved to MCI Systemhouse with responsibility for large financial services customers. In 2000, Mr. Hilmer founded Millennium Care, a call center outsourcing and software company and the ninth fastest growing startup in Canada according to profit magazine 2000/2001.
Mr. Hilmer acquired the OC Communications Group of Companies in 2008 and successfully turned them into strong solution providers for the Financial Services, Utilities, Retail, Telecom and Pharmaceutical Industries. He remains CEO of the One Contact call center business. OC Communications Group forms the core infrastructure base for DealNet Capital, providing services to investee companies that enable growth and cost avoidance.
Robert Michels, CTO
Mr. Michels has over 20 years of call center, security, network, and managerial experience. Mr. Michels is also responsible for architecting an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Release SaaS application that was licensed globally through key partnerships.

Mr. Kloepper is a leading financier and has been involved in investment banking and corporate finance for more than 30 years. He brings a rounded knowledge of the capital markets, strategic growth, and investments. Mr. Kloepper is currently a Director of publically listed Mogul Energy International Inc. and CEO of Houston Lake Mining Inc. In the past, he has worked in executive positions with JP Morgan, Citibank, Bank of America, and North American Trust in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
