Euro Shares

Tender Price	€0.9067

Sterling Shares

Shares tendered	7,583,983

30 September 2020 NAV per Sterling Share	£0.9750

Tender Price	£0.9650

The shares will be transferred into Company's name and held as treasury shares with effect from 16 November 2020.
