Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces its intention to appoint BDO LLP ("BDO") as its independent auditor for the financial year ending
The board's decision to appoint BDO follows the completion of a competitive tender process managed by Caledonia's Audit Committee which included participation by incumbent auditor KPMG LLP ("KPMG") amongst other firms.
KPMG will continue in its role as auditor for the financial year ending
