Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

fastjet, the low-cost African airline, announces that it will hold its AGM at the offices of Liberum, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY at 4.00 pm on 27 June 2019.

 

The Notice of the AGM together with the relevant Forms of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders today. A copy of the Notice of the AGM will be available to view and download shortly from the Company's website: www.fastjet.com  

 

The Company's full year results are expected to be announced on 24 June 2019, with subsequent approval to be sought at a General Meeting ("GM") to be held on 29 July 2019.
