LONDON, 2 November 2020 - In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's (the "FCA") DTR 5.6.1, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) notifies the market that, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('the Rules'), we notify the market of the following:

As at 31 October 2020, the issued share capital of the Company comprised of 230,496,614 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure excludes 12,833,433 Shares held in treasury.

The figure of 230,496,614 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
