Re: Change of Issuer's name

The Issuer wishes to announce that it has changed its name from Dominion Gas Holdings, LLC to Dominion Energy Gas Holdings, LLC through the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission on 12^th May 2017.

The name change occurred pursuant to a company-wide rebranding effort that included the change in name of DEGH's parent company from Dominion Resources, Inc. to Dominion Energy, Inc. There were no additional changes made to either DEGH or to its parent company in connection with this name change, such as changes in the management or ownership of either company, nor did it alter DEGH's business operations or outstanding obligations.

Attached, please find a Certificate of Amendment evidencing the name change of DEGH dated 12th May 2017.
