Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes among FTSE 350 stocks at noon.

RISERS

Vectura Group (LON:VEC), up 7.7%. The company announced the completion of a clinical trial for VR315 in the US. VR315 is a generic, inhaled combination therapy (fluticasone/salmeterol) for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Elementis (LON:ELM), up 5.3% at 218.2p. The shares rise despite a slightly gloomy broker note from Jefferies, which sticks with its 'hold' rating but trims the price target to 216p from 233p.

Tesco (LON:TSCO), up 4.5%. Ahead of its trading update next Thursday, Barclays has moved to 'overweight' from 'equal weight'.

FALLERS

Tullow Oil (LON:TLW), down 4.9% and Ophir Energy (LON:OPHR), down 4.7%.

The price of crude has recovered a little but these two energy stocks remains resolutely out of favour ahead of the release today of the weekly oil rig count.

Direct Line Insurance Group (LON:DLG), down 0.5%. Nomura has downgraded the insurer to 'neutral' from 'buy', though the 400p price target remains unchanged.

RISERS

React Energy (LON:REAC), up 33.3%. The biomass-to-energy specialist has secured a €750,000 loan from EBIOSS Energy, a Spanish company that is providing technology for the Newry biomass project in Northern Ireland.

Turbo Power (LON:TPS), up 18.2%. The power solutions designer said it expects to report a substantial uplift in profitability once all the numbers for 2015 are totted up.

Sopheon (LON:SPE), up 15.1%. The software company said the second half of the year had exceeded expectations, meaning earnings [EBITDA] and pre-tax profit would be ahead of previous expectations.

FALLERS

Mysale Group (LON:MYSL), down 14.1%. The share price decline is a mystery to the board, which aid this morning it knew of no reason for the fall.

Games Workshop (LON:GAW), down 8.8%. The Warhammer and Warhammer 40k miniature war games seller had a disappointing Christmas trading period.

DQ Entertainment (LON:DQE), down 5.6%. Not much entertainment in this morning's announcement about its senior secured convertible bonds, where the holders of the bonds has stated that certain events of default have occurred.
