RESAAS Services (CSE:RSS) is fiercly adding to its roster of clients for its real estate social networking platform, announcing Thursday the fourth addition in just over a week with Prudential Utah Real Estate.

Prudential has four offices in Alpine, Orem, Spanish Fork and American Fork, accounting for the sales of almost one in every three homes sold in the Utah County area.

“Every agent at Prudential Utah Elite is able to leverage the power of the best online and offline marketing solutions, as well as time and lead management technologies, to enable them to close more deals faster,” said CEO of the real estate agency, Bruce Tucker.

RESAAS provides a social media platform for real estate agents to showcase their listings, answer questions from potential homebuyers, communicate ideas on their market and profession to followers online, as well as refer and network with each other.

It is designed to sync with social media sites such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) to generate leads for realtors, while also allowing photos to be shared, news to be posted, and realtors to connect with other real estate professionals.

“I am excited to have RESAAS become part of our online resources. Agents and their inventory will become more accessible to the public by utilizing the strong SEO and marketing capabilities that RESAAS possesses," said Tucker.

When using RESAAS, Prudential Utah agents will receive their own profile pages, and will be connected together privately in an exclusive firm feed to easily share activity within their offices.  "[Their agents] will gain the ability to turn all of their daily real estate activities into marketable social content to generate more leads and referrals than ever before," said senior account executive at RESAAS, Nadia Suttle.

The Prudential Utah news marks the fourth addition to RESAAS's network in just over a week, with real estate agencies in Southern California and Connecticut signing on, as well as Hispanic real estate associations in San Diego.

The several new additions for RESAAS come after a major announcement last month, in which RESAAS revealed another deal to provide its services to members of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the largest affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS. The Council is a professional network made up of more than 30,000 residential real estate professionals within the U.S. and overseas.

RESAAS' stock soared more than 400% last year after signing several major brokerages, brands and associations to its platform each month since opening for business in January 2013. The company is also working to expand its platform overseas, toward a global real estate eco-system, fueled by providing a translated version of its social network in a number of different languages.
