M Pharmaceutical looks to improve liquidity in US market

DTC Eligibility allows for a company's securities to be traded electronically between brokerage accounts in the U.S.

M Pharmaceutical (CNSX:MQ, OTCMKTS:MPHMF, FRA:T3F2), a clinical-stage company, is looking to improve the liquidity of its stock in the US market.

The firm is requesting that its securities become eligible for depository services with the Depository Trust Company (DTC).

Eligibility for DTC means shares can be traded electronically between brokerage accounts in the US

"DTC Eligibility is a significant step toward improving the liquidity of our stock in the U.S. market,” Matthew Lehman, chief executive officer of the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said in a statement.

“This will allow for electronic trading of M Pharma's securities via the OTCQB which, as of this time, is not possible," he added.
