Domino’s Pizza Group (LON:COM) up 14%. Wet weather and its sponsorship of Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks helped the company to serve up better-than-expected third quarter trading.
Al Noor Hospitals Group (LON:ANH) up 13.9%. The company has agreed to be taken over by South Africa's Mediclinic International by way of a reverse takeover. A special dividend will be paid to Al Noor shareholders of 328p per share, and will have the opportunity to cancel their shares for 832p per share.
Independent Oil & Gas (LON:IOG) up 13%. The oil firm revealed it will have sufficient funds until late November following agreement with its lender, Darwin Strategic.
Futura Medical (LON:FUM) up 8.6%. The pharma group has signed a deal with drug maker Quantum Pharma (LON:QP.) to supply futura’s MED2002 treatment for erectile dysfunction as an unlicensed medicine in the UK in return for royalty payments.
FALLERS
Sula Iron & Gold (LON:SULA) down 37%.The explorer has raised £500,000 to fund the additional exploration at Ferensola in Sierra Leone.
Kuala Innovations (LON:KUL) down 11.3%. It has subscribed for 3.64% of blockchain technology specialist Factom. The company has applied for 400,000 shares at US$1 per share valuing Factom at around US$11mln.
