Radware confirms US$40mln share buyback programme this year

Cyber-security specialist Radware (NASDAQ:RDWR) announced it has agreed to repurchase another US$40mln shares this this year.

This plan will begin as soon as the previously announced US$40mln share repurchase plan has been completed.

The share repurchase plan authorizes management to repurchase, at their discretion, ordinary shares in open market transactions.

Such repurchases, which will be funded from available working capital, will be made in accordance with applicable U.S. securities laws and regulations, the company said.

The share repurchase plan does not obligate Radware to buy back any specific number of shares and may be suspended or terminated at any time, it added.
