Papers: Delta glitch disruption continues

Delta Air Lines Inc Tuesday said it would cancel about 300 more flights as a knock-on effect from a computer outage that caused about 1,000 cancellations the day before. (Wall Street Journal – subscription required)

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. posted a wider loss in its latest quarter, and the company said it would reorganize, continuing a push to remake itself as a normal pharmaceutical firm. The company also affirmed its yearly guidance after a string of cuts, easing fears of triggering a debt-covenant breach. Shares in the company added 6% premarket to US$23.80.
