Killara Resources to make acquisition

Killara Resources (ASX:KRA) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a significant acquisition.

This will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Wednesday, 9th September 2015.

In its June 2015 Quarterly report, the company said it continued to assess new opportunities both in Australia and Internationally.

Killara also reached in July an agreement to sell its interest in PT Borneo Emas Hitam to a purchasing consortium led by two of its directors.

The BEH concession covers a 1,002 hectare area in the Tenggarong district, East Kalimantan Regency, Indonesia.
