Laneway Resources (ASX:LNY) should trade higher after pouring gold following removal of a 5,400 tonne metallurgical sample from its Agate Creek project in Queensland, with final ore processed yesterday.
Final grades, recovery and costs will be calculated over the coming weeks as metallurgical assays and Dore out-turns are received.
Initial assays and gold production suggest approximately 8-9 grams per tonne feed grade is expected.
Three gold pours have been completed with an additional two pours to be completed over the next two weeks.
A full report will be published on metallurgical testing when all data has been received and correlated, which will give Laneway valuable data and costings for further feasibility studies.
