Braveheart Investment Group PLC (LON:BRH) said one of its strategic investments, Gyrometric Systems, received a cash injection of £250,000 on Tuesday from Strat Aero PLC.

As a result of the fund-raising, Strat Aero now holds a 37% stake in Gyrometric while Braveheart’s stake has been reduced to 41% as a result of the issue of new shares.

The paper-based net uplift in the value of Braveheart's holding, after accounting for profit shares due to third parties and subject to audit, is expected to be in the region of £100,000.

We welcome the investment by Strat Aero plc and look forward working with Nigel Burton, who is joining the Gyrometric board with immediate effect,” Hallam added.
