Amerigo Resources Ltd (OTCQX:ARREF) saw its shares jumped following its first-quarter results, reporting an increase in revenue to US$33.9mln compared with US$29.8mln in the previous year's first quarter. Shares of the Vancouver-based copper producer were up nearly 4% to US$0.82.
Anaconda Mining Inc (OTCQX:ANXGF) began its first day of trading on the OTCQX today. The gold mining company, which is also listed on the TSX under the ticker symbol "ANX", operates the Point Rousse Project in Newfoundland's Baie Verte Mining District. Shares of the Toronto-based company were up nearly 4% to US$0.28.
Uniroyal Global Engineered Products Inc (OTCQB:UNIR) saw its shares fall more than 30% to US$1.10 after reporting an earnings loss in its first quarter report. The Florida-based company produces vinyl-coated fabrics products used in automobiles, medical sheeting and other sectors.
Fortem Resources Inc(OTCQB:FTMR) shares fell more than 20% to US$2.50 as well as the investigation of the Canadian oil and gas company continues. Securities law firm Faruqi & Faruqi LLP began investigating the company on behalf of its shareholders in late April for a "breach of fiduciary duties."
