Health and wellness company Callitas Health Inc (CSE:LILY, OTCQB:MPHMF, OTCMKTS:MPHMF) announced Tuesday that it has signed a letter of intent with Lifestyles to supply the condom manufacturer with an additional array of goods for retail sale.

Callitas, which focuses on developing products for sexual health and wellness, hopes to provide Lifestyles with a “stream of novel products” to help its business.

“We are pleased to extend our business relationship with Lifestyles,” said Callitas CEO James Thompson. “They have been terrific licensing partners, and now we have an opportunity to provide further life-enhancing products. We see this opportunity as a win-win for both companies.”

News of Callitas’s new letter of intent with Lifestyles comes two months after the pair of companies signed a non-exclusive licensing and technology pact for the sale of Callitas’ patented arousal gel and lubricants for use on condoms and as a standalone retail product.

LifeStyles is the world’s second-largest condom maker and traces its roots back to Australian entrepreneur Eric Norman Ansell who started making condoms in 1905.

Callitas, meanwhile, is developing medical remedies in five different areas: Over-the-counter sexual health and wellness, prescriptions for female sexual health, weight management, cannabis delivery technologies and orphan drugs.
