The Marketing Group PLC (NASDAQ OMX:RYVL) has announced that Adam Graham, currently its chief executive officer has assumed the responsibilities of executive chairman with immediate effect.
Graham’s step up comes as the company announced that non-executive chairman, Don Elgie together with two other non-executive directors – Glen Fraser, Martin Blair - have all resigned from its board to pursue their other business interests.

He added: “I would like to welcome Paul to the Board and look forward to providing further information on new Board members in due course.”
