Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) launched a new batch of products on Tuesday which included a new iPad Pro and a McBook Air notebook at the Howard Gilman Opera House in Brooklyn's Academy of Music.

The products were launched at this time as they were not introduced at the event in September when Apple launched its new iPhones.

Using the same glitzy style used at the iPhone event, Apple CEO Tim Cook said the new products are the MacBook Air, the iPad Pro and the Mac mini.

"It is going to push what you can do on an iPad and what you can do on any computer," Cook said.

The new iPad has 10 billion transistors, Face ID and a display ranging from 11 inches to 12.9 inches. The Apple pencil attaches magnitically to the iPad Pro.

The 11 inch model is for sale at $799 and the 12.9 inch model sels for $999.

Greg Thomas of 2K Games showcased the versatility of the iPad by showing an NBA game between the Brooklyn Nets and the Golden State Warriors where the vivid model of star guard Steph Curry sinks a 40-foot shot to win the game.
