ISC declares quarterly dividend

Information Services Corporation (TSE:ISV) announced Wednesday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of C$0.20 per Class A voting share. 

Headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, ISC is a provider of registry and information management services for public data and records.

The company said the dividend will be paid on or before April 15, 2019 to shareholders of recod as of March 31, 2019.

The dividend has been designated as an eligible dividend pursuant to Canada's Income Tax Act. 

Shares of ISC were up 0.7% C$17.00 on Wednesday.
