The Vancouver-based real estate technology firm said Cory Brandolini has stepped down from the company's board of directors. RESAAS is a cloud-based social business platform built for the real estate services industry.
In a statement, the company said it would no longer put Brandolini forward for election as a director at its annual general meeting, which is being held Friday.
The company said all other matters at the remain remain unchanged.
"As RESAAS continues to revolutionize the real estate industry, it is important that our board continues to examine its composition to ensure that its experience and expertise aligns with the company's strategic direction," said Chairman Pierre Chadi in a statement. "I will continue to work closely with our CEO, Tom Rossiter, to find a suitable candidate with in-depth industry experience to join the RESAAS board of directors."
Shares of RESAAS were flat at C$0.21 on Friday.
