Metaverse Capital Corp (CSE:FORK) (OTCMKTS:GBCHF), which facilitated the launch of the NUVO token, announced Tuesday that the cryptocurrency would undergo a trading competition this week.
The trading competition will last until Thursday and award prizes to the ten users who trade the most tokens. To encourage movement, participants will be incentivized to trade NUVO tokens in pairs with Tether, a crypto tied to the US dollar, or won, the currency of South Korea.
On Monday, the NUVO token was officially listed on the South Korean crypto exchange Probit, following an Initial Exchange Offering overseen by Metaverse.
The company's stock was flat at C$0.02 on the CSE and increased 2.7% to US$0.02 on OTC Markets.
