Ascent Industries Corp (CSE:ASNT) (OTCMKTS:PGTMF) reported promising news Friday that it has received approval to continue operations under its existing license following a Clark County, Nevada hearing.
In February, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Sweet Cannabis, received notice from Clark County's Department of Business License that its master marijuana license may be suspended or not renewed.
The company said it is grateful for the transparency, responsiveness and professionalism of Clark County, its process and staff.
“We are absolutely committed to adhering to all regulatory requirements as efforts continue to advance plans to expand our operations in Nevada” said CEO Paul Dillman.
