Bonterra Resources Inc (CVE:BTR) (OTCMKTS:BONXF) announced Tuesday that the Court of Appeal in British Columbia has dismissed the appeal filed by its former CEO and director, Navjit Dhaliwal, and its former VP of exploration and director, Richard Dale Ginn. In their appeal, the former executives were seeking to overturn the Supreme Court’s decision ordering the immediate return of garnished funds totaling $2,184,080 to Bonterra.

American Rebel Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:AREB) CEO Andy Ross revealed the company has been flooded with orders for its brand new safes. The Nashville music star and serial entrepreneur first rode the concealed carry wave by marketing coats and backpacks designed to hold guns at the National Rifle Association’s annual meeting in 2017. The revenue bump came as True Leaf expanded its retail distribution to 3,500 stores worldwide with the addition of Pet Planet as a North American retail partner.

Atlas Engineered Products Ltd (CVE:AEP) (OTCMKTS:APEUF) revealed with second quarter results on Tuesday that it was profitable for the first time since the company went public two years ago. The Canadian company posted record revenue for the second quarter to June 30, up 152% to $15,284,242 from $6,066,495 in the same period a year earlier.

Pure Gold Mining Inc (CVE:PGM) (LON:PUR) (OTCMKTS:LRTNF) reported more positive news Tuesday as it revealed latest surface drilling at the Madsen Red Lake project had resulted in several bonanza grade gold finds. The Ontario-focused mine developer said assays at the project included an impressive 108.5 grams per ton 9g/t) of the precious metal over one meter from one hole, while another hole threw up 94.6 g/t gold - also over one meter.

Precious metals producer Great Panther Mining (TSE:GPR) (NYSEAmerican:GPL) has  unveiled encouraging drill finds from its Tucano gold mine in Brazil - the first exploration the firm has done since acquiring the asset in March this year. Assays from ten of the first 12 holes returned intersections such as 15.35 g/t (grams per ton) gold over 13.55 metres, including 30.94 g/t gold over 5.35 metres in one hole.

The Flowr Corporation (CVE:FLWR) (OTCQB:FLWPF) revealed Tuesday that it has received a Health Canada export permit allowing it to ship an initial batch of clones from its Kelowna Campus to Portugal to fire up its European partner, Holigen Holdings Limited's cannabis operation in Aljustrel.

Japan Gold Corp (CVE:JG) is gaining more ground in the Pacific nation after acquiring three new projects in the Southern Kyushu epithermal gold province. The Vancouver-based company announced Tuesday that it had expanded its land package in Japan with the new projects, which comprise a total of 23,400 acres over 76 applications. Japan Gold now has a total of 18 gold projects in the country.

Klondike Gold Corp (CVE:KG) (OTCMKTS:KDKGF) updated Tuesday on the C$2 million exploration program at its huge 576 sq km Klondike District property in Yukon, where it is undertaking drilling, soil sampling and geotechnical work. The group noted that the highest gold-soils correlate well with the Nugget zone and show new high-priority prospective areas along-strike to the northwest.

MegumaGold Corp (CSE:NSAU) revealed fieldwork has now kicked off at its extensive land package in Nova Scotia province in a bid to define drill targets. RNC Minerals Corp (TSE:RNX) said the benefits expected from buying the Higginsville Gold Operations (HGO) in Australia were now being realized, including a 25% reduction in milling costs for its Beta Hunt mine. The miner said that during the week of July 15 this year, it processed 21,000 tonnes of previously stockpiled ore through  the mill, eliminating third-party tolling fees of A$45 per dry metric tonne, which resulted in additional revenue of A$0.9 million.

FSD Pharma Inc (CSE:HUGE) (OTCMKTS:FSDDF) is boosting its scientific advisory board with the appointment of four new medical professionals, including renowned Dr Larry Kaiser as chairman of the committee. The new appointments come as the medical cannabis company advances its efforts to pursue development of CBD-based therapies to replace widely used opioid painkillers in treatment programs. Dr Kaiser is the Dean of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and serves as the CEO of the Philadelphia-based university’s health system.

Universal mCloud Corp (CVE:MCLD) (OTCMKTS:MCLDF) settled a payment of US$2 million to Flow Capital Corp (CVE:FW), closing the book on a January 2019 deal to acquire Agnity Global. The deal saw mCloud acquire 100% of Flow Capital’s royalty agreement with Agnity, a specialist in 4G and 5G mobile server technology. As part of the transaction, mCloud received a loan from Flow in the amount of US$2 million for a term of 12 months. Flow Capital has received the repayment of the USD $2,000,000 senior secured note and 1.5 million shares of mCloud, the company reported on Monday.

Braingrid Limited (CSE:BGRD), a global provider of cultivation analytics using its affordable, scalable and easy-to-deploy sensor platforms for precision agriculture said it has granted a total of 2,475,000 restricted share units (RSUs) to its directors and certain employees. The group said, on July 24, 2019, Braingrid's directors were granted a total of 300,000 RSUs, vesting on January 31, 2020, while on February 1, 2019, 2,175,000 RSUs were granted to certain employees, vesting 20% on February 1, 2020, 30% on February 1, 2021 and 50% on February 1, 2022. It added that certain employees granted RSUs are no longer employed by the company, resulting in 1,125,000 RSUs being cancelled, so therefore, as at the current date, Braingrid has a total of 1,350,000 RSUs outstanding.
