AdEPT Telecom says Comms Group acquisition is "earnings enhancing from day one"

Ian Fishwick, chief executive officer at AdEPT Telecom (LON:ADT), the business and public sector telecoms provider, talks to Proactive Investors about the recent acquisition of Comms Group of Northampton and the rationale behind the deal.

Fishwick says after the acquisition of Centrix, which "went even better than expected" the latest buy extends AdEPT's capabilities even further.

He says the Comms Group acquisition is "earnings enhancing from day one" and is straightforward after AdEPT developed a "very clear model" to integrate acquisitions.
