Crystal Peak Minerals Inc (CVE:CPM)  is a development-stage mining company with a primary focus on developing the Sevier Playa in Southwestern Utah into a world-class potash project.

Lance D’Ambrosio, chief executive, tells Proactive Investors “there are very few projects in the world that produce potassium sulphate out of a naturalised deposit environment like our project has the potential to do.”

He adds that the company’s pre-feasibility study (PFS) shows the project could produce up to 300,000 tonnes of potash a year, making Crystal Peak as big as the D’Ambrosio”.

Recently, investor EMR Capital Resources Fund 1, LP increased its shareholding with an at-premium exercise of warrants, and D’Ambrosio says “our balance sheet is very healthy – it gets us all the way through our feasibility study and into the final leg of our permitting”.
